| Best fly line for largemouth bass fishing |
Question:
Anyone have any opinion on what's the best fly line for largemouth bass fishing out on the market. I'm thinking of picking up 2 lines one floating and the some kind of sinking or shooting head.
Answer:
We like the Scientific Angler's Mastery Bass taper.
It has a hard surface that really shoots through the guides and it doesn't go "soft" in hot weather and warm water. A solid bass taper that allows you to turn over wind resistant poppers, etc. even on short casts.
We need more information on how you intend to use a sinking line before making a recommendation.
