I bought a Penn 65 Long Beach reel at a swap meet last year. It has an s/s spool, and is left handed. My question is how rare are left handed Penn Long
Beach reels and how can I determine the age of the reel. I am also looking
for a book to give me the care and maintenance schedule for the reel.
Answer:
Penn reels are garbage unless they are 4/0 or bigger/
I run a sport boat and we burn through 30-40 a year.
